Taskat is a local desktop application for keeping track of data about tasks and routines
After conducting user research with surveys, we designed and prototyped the tool with inVision.
The tool utilizes a tab format where each
- top tab is a method of data input
- side tab represents a task.
Cool features made possible by my amazing teammates:
- local persistence
- analytics tab
- journal tab
- task creation
Some features I worked on:
- calendar tab
- new tab dropdown
- task and tab deletion
- key commands / shortcuts for tab deletion and switching
After completing the initial prototype we conducted user testing and think-aloud sessions to gather input for improvement and feature suggestions.
